To give freely to this person lots of your valuable tips or even contacts for her career.
To be supportive of the talented woman, with guidance and wisdom
garnered from your own life and professional experience.
How does it work?
The project leader will suggest 2 - 3 meetings and your CV as well as
your company information will be useful and will also be given to the mentee
as part of their preparation.
The project leader will in turn share with you, the mentor, the relative
